Recent changes

This is just a short note about a few recent changes on this site as of 06/02/05:

First you may have noticed a new navigation scheme at the top of almost all the pages on this website which has been running for a week or two now. I hope it's a little easier to use then the old one. It has links to each section of the site as well as to a few individual pages and articles and should make getting around a little easier. I've also made some additions to the CSS (cascading style sheet) which is used in formatting pages, however this should be invisible to users.
Second there's now a simple site map which describes the various sections of the site.
Third, the EOS Wiki has been subject to a lot of spamming. I've beefed up security significantly and added some automatic spam detection modules. Since I did so I haven't seen any more spam posted so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these security patches have worked. The only difference a user will see is that to edit a page you now have to enter your name before an edit will be accepted. Only spammers will see the other security measures come into play!
